![]() |
These guidelines are here to help you understand what is acceptable and what is not for inclusion in our article database. Before you submit to our site, we'd appreciate it if you'd read this page first.
Article Knowledgebase Editorial Guidelines:
While our guideline list is short, they are strictly enforced. There are no exceptions to these guidelines.
1.) Your article must be an original work that you or someone else wrote. It cannot come from a public domain site or any other source.
2.) The article cannot be an advertisement. It must be informative and helpful. While writing articles is a great way to advertise, do not do it in your article because the article will be rejected if you do. Use the resource box to give information about your business.
3.) Illegal, porn, or hate sites will not be accepted for inclusion to our article directory. If you link to a porn, hate, or illegal website your account will be immediately deleted from our directory.
4.) Your article must be coherent and easy to understand. Nobody will read an article that is impossible to read. Use paragraphs often throughout the article. Articles without paragraphs or are incoherent will be rejected.
5.) There is a word limit that you must follow to be accepted for inclusion. Your article must have a minimum of 250 words. Less than 250 words will be reason to reject your article. Make sure that your article is at least 250 words in length.
6.) You are allowed 2 links within your article. The links may be to a page on your website so long as the page contains information that has additional information about your article topic or is pertinent to the submitted article. Do not link to the same page twice within the same article. Articles with unrelated links contained within them or are duplicate links will be rejected.
7.) All articles must be written in english. Any articles that are submitted in a language other than english will be rejected.
8.) An article is not a mission statement about your company. Any submitted articles that appear to be or sound like a mission statement will not be accepted.
9.) Do not attempt to link spam your articles. If you do, you will be reported to your web host and banned from Article Knowledgebase without notice.
10.) Use real titles. Do not use a url or any other html tags in your title. Anyone who uses urls or any type of html in the title of the article will be banned without notice. There will be no exceptions.
11.) Articles are usually reviewed within 48 hours of receipt and are generally reviewed within 24 hours of receipt depending on the submission volume where it could take longer than the 48 hours if there is heavy submission volume. If your article has not been reviewed within 7 business days you can contact us using our contact form.
See, I told you that the list was short.
Be sure to follow the above guidelines and you shouldn’t have any trouble getting your article accepted.
